Summary:

Mob boss Vic returns to business from a madhouse and finds out that his assistant is having an affair with his girlfriend and that his organization is crumbling. Vic struggles to "restore the balance" but as he sorts through the myriad of loopy schemes against him, one thing become clear: he may be the only one who isn't crazy.
